WORK IN PROGRESS

Please read over all the terms of service before commissioning me.  By commissioning me you are agreeing to all of the terms of service.

PRICE

When you have sent in your quote I'll will get back to you (if you have made the spot) with the price that it will be to have your fursuit made.  When your quote has been accepted and you have a slot on the list you must pay a 30% down payment.  The rest of the payment can be paid off as the costume is being made, but all of it has to be paid off before the finished product is sent off.  Be sure that you are in a good spot to be able to pay for your fursuit.  If changes are wanted and CAN be made to the fursuit then the total price of the fursuit will go up or down depending on the change.  I reserve the right to refuse changes.

REFUNDS

The 30% down payment CAN NOT be refunded.  Depending on how much progress has been made on the fursuit determines how much can be refunded.  If the fursuit is finished it can not be refunded.

DEADLINES

I can not take deadlines.  I have many other things in my life that stop me from working on your fursuit, I will try to have an "estimated time" that it will be done by, but do not expect to have it done by the time it is estimated to be done by.

WORK IN PROGRESS PHOTOS

Work in progress photos will be provided upon request.  After every big step in the construction a set of progress photos will be provided.  

REPAIRS

If upon arrival the fursuit is damaged then please let me know right away!  I will try and work with you to get it sent back, and free of charge I'll repair it. 

Of course over time the fursuit will wear and tear, and they do not last forever, so the suit can not be completely repaired due to this kind of damage.

Small repairs can and will be fixed for about $20 an hour depending on the the damage.

CONCEPT ART AND SIZING 

A 3 view reference sheet and a duct tape dummy is required to commission me, but duck tape dummies are only required for plantigrade or digigrade suits.  For other measurements needed I'll need the circumference of your head and your shoe size.  If you would allow me to have some artistic freedom we can discuss and put together a design for you.

PHOTOS AND WEBSITE CONTENT

I reserve the right to take and use photos of your suit.  All and any photos that belong to Vexed Creations that are shone on www.vexedcreations.com and any social media websites are not allowed to be reposted.  If you have paid for a costume the photos that have been taken of it can be sent to you, and can be used.
